Our agreement was for 1977 yards of Zoysia sod installed with prep for $21,000ish. We ended up at 1866 yards delivered, and Tyler adjusted the price accordingly. Fair and honest.

Tyler came on short notice and in a timely manner. He cleared some old grass, tilled the dirt, graded, laid 1500 sqft of sod and it looks amazing.
